The strategy was to create a systematic series of emails, broken into 3 categories. We wanted to WELCOME customers to the series and re-acclimate them to our offerings; next, we wanted to ONBOARD them with real CTAs with our products; and finally, we want to show them how to OPTIMIZE all the tools they could take advantage of with Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book. At the end of this campaign, we saw a 30% sign on rate!

The B2B Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book brands tasked us with creating a campaign that aimed to prevent any future churn that they had previously been seeing with their customers.
