The strategy was to create a systematic series of emails, broken into 3 categories. We wanted to WELCOME customers to the series and re-acclimate them to our offerings; next, we wanted to ONBOARD them with real CTAs with our products; and finally, we want to show them how to OPTIMIZE all the tools they could take advantage of with Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book.​​​​​​​ At the end of this campaign, we saw a 30% sign on rate!
